- We are unable to refund personalised products with an error made by the customer. To avoid this scenario please double check your order before hitting the “Pay Button”.
- If however a product has been personalised with an error made by ourselves, please return the item within 7 days and we will send you the correct replacement.
- When returning items, we recommend that you obtain a free receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
