Payment

  • Payment online is via a secure site. We do not hold your credit card details for future transactions.
  • Please complete out online order form. Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email.
  • You can also place an order by phone.
  • We accept most major credit cards.
  • You can also pay by cheque made payable to Top-Stitch. Your order will be processed as soon as the cheque has cleared.

Delivery

  • All prices are exclusive of delivery.
  • We aim to deliver the majority of our products in the UK between 7-10 working days.
  • All goods are sent recorded delivery via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon receipt.
  • Standard delivery is £4.95 – average size items / £8.95 – large items.
  • Should you require your gift to arrive in time for a special date, please do email or phone us and we will do our best to get your product to you in time.
  • If a parcel does not arrive please contact us and we will try to help. However Top-Stitch cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed parcels once they are shipped.
  • Should a parcel be unclaimed & subsequently returned to Top-Stitch, we will only re-send the parcel on receipt of an additional P&P charge.
